OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated February 24, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 12 of
Chapter 5 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1995-96, the Cosmetology Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Michele LeBlanc of Debert, Colchester County, as a hairdresser representative and licenced cosmetologist member of the Provincial Examining and Licensing Committee for a term of office of three (3) years commencing April 5, 2011; and (
b) appoint Tracy Thomas of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an esthetician representative and licenced cosmetologist member of the Provincial Examining and Licensing Committee for a term of office of three (3) years commencing April 5, 2011.
