On the recommendation of the undersigned, made after consultation with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2013,

(

a) the Supreme Court Civil Rules, B.C. Reg. 168/2009, are amended as set out in the attached

Schedule A, and

(

b) the Supreme Court Family Rules, B.C. Reg. 169/2009, are amended as set out in the attached

Schedule B.
