Order in Council 1180/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002, and subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 34/03 made under the Act,

Whereas David Allen of Belleville, who was re-appointed by O.C. 1431/2018 as a member of the board of governors of The Loyalist College of Applied Arts and Technology, has submitted a letter of resignation from such position;

Now therefore Order in Council 1431/2018 be revoked effective June 6, 2019.
