Order in Council 503/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 19(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

Rob Hare of Keswick, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years effective as of April 30, 2020 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.

[ Mr. Hare’s most recent appointment Order in Council 497/2017 will expire on April 29, 2020].
