B.C. Reg. 22/2005, deposited January 27, 2005, pursuant

to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [Section 35] and the EMPLOYMENT

AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26]. Order in

Council 53/2005, approved and ordered January 27, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective February 1, 2005,

(

a) the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg.

263/2002, is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule, and

(

b) the Employment and Assistance Regulation for Persons

with Disabilities, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended as set out in

section 2

of the attached Schedule.

Employment and Assistance Regulation

1 The Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended

(

a) in

section 11 (1) by adding the following paragraph:

(ee) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Ministry of Children and Family Development's

(

i) Autism Funding: Under Age 6 Program, or

(ii) Autism Funding: Ages 6 ‒ 18 Program. ,

(

b) in

section 1 (

a) of

Schedule B by adding the following subparagraph:

(xxvi) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Ministry of Children and Family Development's

(

A) Autism Funding: Under Age 6 Program, or

(

B) Autism Funding: Ages 6 ‒ 18 Program, , and

(

c) in

section 6 of

Schedule D by adding the following paragraph:

(

y) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Ministry of Children and Family Development's

(

i) Autism Funding: Under Age 6 Program, or

(ii) Autism Funding: Ages 6 ‒ 18 Program.

for Persons with Disabilities Regulation

2 The Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended

(

a) in

section 10 (1) by adding the following paragraph:

(ee) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Ministry of Children and Family Development's

(

i) Autism Funding: Under Age 6 Program, or

(ii) Autism Funding: Ages 6 ‒ 18 Program. ,

(

b) in

section 1 (

a) of

Schedule B by adding the following subparagraph:

(xxvii) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Ministry of Children and Family Development's

(

A) Autism Funding: Under Age 6 Program, or

(

B) Autism Funding: Ages 6 ‒ 18 Program, , and

(

c) in

section 6 of

Schedule D by adding the following paragraph:

(

z) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Ministry of Children and Family Development's

(

i) Autism Funding: Under Age 6 Program, or
