OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the Minister responsible for the Sydney Steel Corporation Act dated February 1, 2001, pursuant to subsection (1) of

Section 11 of

Chapter 33 of the Acts of 2000, the Sydney Steel Corporation Sale Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Section 7 of

Chapter 33 of the Acts of 2000, the Sydney Steel Corporation Sale Act, come into force on and not before February 9, 2001.
