OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 15, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Patricia Dratschmidt of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 96-905 dated December 10, 1996; and (
b) appoint Patricia Currie of R.R.#3 Truro, Colchester County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire November 30, 2005.
