OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated January 26, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Charles Keddy of Lakeville, Kings County, as Chairman and member of the Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of three years commencing February 2, 2021; and (
b) determine that Charles Keddy be remunerated for his service in the amount of $150.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling his duties as Chairman and member, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
