OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 4, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 13 of

Chapter 250 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act, is pleased to approve Petition Nos. 37105, 37106, 37107, 37108, 37109 and 37110 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue certificates of release to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim to the parcels of land containing a total of: i) 40 hectares, more or less, situated at Kemptown, Colchester County, shown hatched on

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; ii) 40 hectares, more or less, situated at Kemptown, Colchester County, shown hatched on

Schedule "B", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; iii) 121 hectares, more or less, situated at Middle Barneys River, Pictou County, shown hatched on

Schedule "C", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; iv) 137 hectares, more or less, situated at Black River, Pictou County, shown hatched on

Schedule "D", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; v) 20 hectares, more or less, situated at Lime Hill, Inverness County, shown hatched on

Schedule "E", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and vi) 84 hectares, more or less, situated at Baddeck Inlet, Victoria County, shown hatched on

Schedule "F", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
