OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated November 7, 2025, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased to: (

a) effective April 1, 2024, revoke approval of the Excluded Classification Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2024-103 dated March 12, 2024; (

b) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in Schedules “A” to “D” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the following periods between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2028: i. April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (Schedule “A”), ii. April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (Schedule “B”), iii. April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 (Schedule “C”), and iv. April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028 (Schedule “D”); (

c) effective April 1, 2024, revoke approval of the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2024-103 dated March 12, 2024; (

d) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in Schedules “E” to “H” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the following periods between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2028: i. April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (Schedule “E”), ii. April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (Schedule “F”), iii. April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 (Schedule “G”), and iv. April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028 (Schedule “H”); (

e) effective April 1, 2024, revoke approval of the Medical Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2024-103 dated March 12, 2024; and (

f) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in Schedules “I” to “L” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the following periods between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2028: i. April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (Schedule “I”), ii. April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (Schedule “J”), iii. April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 (Schedule “K”), and iv. April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028 (Schedule “L”).
