OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister assigned responsibility for the Credit Union Act dated July 13, 2007, and pursuant to clause 257(1)(

j) of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting credit unions, N.S. Reg. 45/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-304 dated April 11, 1995, to change the restrictions on making residential mortgage loans, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after August 17, 2007.
