OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated September 10, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act, is pleased, effective on and after October 12, 2010, to (
a) repeal the Renewable Energy Standard Regulations, N.S. Reg. 35/2007, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2007-42 dated January 22, 2007; and (
b) make regulations respecting renewable electricity in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
