OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 16, 2001, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an approximate area of 760 square feet, situate at Meadowville, Pictou County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Janice Faye Hamilton of Meadowville, Pictou County, her heirs and assigns, for the nominal consideration of $1.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
