OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 11, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 ofthe Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Construction Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority, in the total amount not to exceed Seven Million, Two Hundred and Nineteen Thousand, Four Hundred and OneDollars ($7,219,401.00) to cover the Department’s share of the costs for the approved automated pharmacy drug distribution technology and steam sterilization equipment required by the Nova Scotia Health Authority, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to “Capital Grants, Department of Health and Wellness”, effective on and after July 14, 2015.
