Part II of the Gaming Control Act dated June 16, 1999, pursuant to
Section 65 of
Chapter 4 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to approve the delegation of the power of the Alcohol and Gaming Authority to classify films to the persons listed in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective July 1, 1999. (NOTE: Names are: Allan Keating, Jack C. Davy, R. Roy Jessome and William T. MacDonald)
