Section 32 of

Chapter 148 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Engineering Profession Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia of amendments to the by-laws of the Association approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated May 29, 1946, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after October 23, 2003.
