Le Président (M. Pinard): À l'ordre, s'il vous plaît! À l'ordre, s'il vous plaît! Alors, bienvenue à cette deuxième journée de travaux sur l'étude du projet de loi n° 14

article par article. Ayant constaté le quorum, je déclare donc la séance de la Commission de l'agriculture, des pêcheries, de l'énergie et des ressources naturelles ouverte. Je demande immédiatement à tous ceux dans cette salle qui ont un téléphone cellulaire de bien vouloir le mettre à la case Fermé.

Le mandat de la commission est de procéder à l'étude détaillée du projet de loi n° 14,

Loi sur la mise en valeur des ressources minérales dans le respect des principes du développement durable.

Mme la secrétaire, y a-t-il des remplacements?
