Order in Council 756/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Midwifery Act, 1991, Jennifer Lemon of Barrie be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Midwives of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
