CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Mineral Taxation Act, 1983 (Assented to June 3, 1992) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Mineral Taxation Amendment Act, 1992. S.S. 1983-84, c. M-17.1 The Mineral Taxation Act, 1983 is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended

Section is amended by striking out A$640@ and substituting A$960@.

Section amended Clause 17(1)(

c) is repealed and the following substituted: A(

c) the person transferring or agreeing to transfer and the transferee are, in the opinion of the minister, dealing at arms length@. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent, but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from January 1, 1992.
