Order in Council 233/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1732/2015 dated December 10, 2015, Christine Elliott was appointed as the patient ombudsman; and

And

whereas Christine Elliott submitted her resignation as the patient ombudsman on February 1, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 13.1(1) of the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010, Order in Council O.C. 1732/2015 dated December 10, 2015 is revoked.
