Order in Council 1335/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Maria Tassou of Maple be reappointed a full-time member and Associate Chair of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a term of one year, effective January 1, 2019.
