Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting the deemed filing of documents required to be filed in relation to an application for certification under
Section 95 of the Trade Union Act , in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 24, 2019.
