OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated January 13, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (
a) re-appoint Robert Moores of Oxford, Cumberland County, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of 4 years effective on and after February 16, 2010; (
b) re-appoint James Armour of Ellershouse, Hants County, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of 5 years effective on and after February 16, 2010; and (
c) re-appoint Lynn Connors of Kentville, Kings County, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of 5 years effective on and after February 16, 2010.
