OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated May 31, 2005, and pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of

Chapter 170 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to approve the amendments made by the Public Service Commission to the benefit coverage provided under the consolidated health and dental plan for non-bargaining unit government employees, Order in Council and Ministerial Appointees and Members of the Legislative Assembly in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after July 1, 2005.
