OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated May 4, 2007, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 34 of the Acts of 2001, the Lobbyists' Registration Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Kerry MacLean as Registrar for the purposes of the Lobbyists' Registration Act, effective May 22, 2007; and (

b) appoint Hayley E. Clarke as Registrar for the purposes of the Lobbyists' Registration Act, effective May 22, 2007.
