Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated April 19, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2011, the Arts Nova Scotia Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby: (

a) revokes the appointment of Trevor Gould of Hants County as a member of the Arts Nova Scotia Board made by Order in Council 2022-252 dated October 11, 2022, effective May 8, 2025; and (

b) appoints Sarah O'Toole of Antigonish County as a member of the Arts Nova Scotia Board for a term of three (3) years commencing May 8, 2025.
