Order in Council 372/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Neil B. Sturgeon of Churchill be reappointed a part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a term of one year, effective March 1, 2017.
