On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to sections 672.38(1) and 672.4(1) of the Criminal Code , R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46, the Honourable Mr. Justice Richard D. Schneider of Toronto be reappointed as a lawyer member and redesignated as full-time Chair of the Ontario Review Board for a fixed term of one year, effective June 13, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
