OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated April 27, 2004, pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke, effective May 13, 2004, the appointment of Joanne Bond as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2002-562 dated December 17, 2002; and (
b) appoint Andr? McConnell of the Department of Community Services as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term commencing May 13, 2004, and ending December 15, 2004.
