B.C. Reg. 156/2020 , deposited June 26, 2020, under the PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES ACT [section 59]. Order in Council 359/2020, approved and ordered June 26, 2020.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Drug Plans Regulation,

B.C. Reg. 73/2015, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 18 (1) (

a) and (

b) of the Drug Plans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 73/2015, is

repealed and the following substituted:

(

a) add the incomes of the registrant and the registrant's spouse, if any, as

reported on each affidavit or other form of proof permitted by the minister and the

following:

(

i) if the relevant taxation year is 2018 or before, Line 236 and, if applicable,

Line 303 or 5105 of each notice of assessment;

(ii) if the relevant taxation year is after 2018, Line 23600 and, if applicable,

Line 30300 or 51050 of each notice of assessment;

(

b) deduct from the amount calculated under paragraph (

a) all amounts, if any,

reported on the following:

(

i) if the relevant taxation year is 2018 or before, Line 117 or 125 of each notice

of assessment;

(ii) if the relevant taxation year is after 2018, Line 11700 or 12500 of each

notice of assessment.
