Order in Council 550/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1) and 7(2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , Pierre Tessier of Ottawa be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Champlain Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective April 22, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
