An Act to amend The Oil Well Income Tax Act. [Assented to April 24, 1979.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Oil Well Income Tax Amendment Act, 1979. 2. The Oil Well Income Tax Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. 3. Clause 2(1) (

g) is amended by striking out "gravity" in the second line and substituting "density". 4.-(1) Subsection 37(1) is amended by striking out "l,280 acres" in the last line and substituting "two nominal sections".

(2) The following clause is added after clause 37 (2) (d): " ( e) 'nominal section' means hectares or acres depending on the measurement used to describe the mineral land area in the certificate of ti tie".
