OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated June 25, 2009, and pursuant to subsection 302(1) of

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased, effective July 2, 2009, to (

a) amend the Prorated Registration Fees for Inter-jurisdictional Commercial Trucks Regulations, N.S. Reg. 61/97, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 97-322 dated June 3, 1997, as amended by N.S. Reg. 131/2009, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2009-164 dated March 31, 2009, by changing the registration fee for a vehicle within the weight range of 59 001 to 60 000 kg, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) amend the Registration Fees for Commercial Motor Vehicles Regulations, N.S. Reg. 57/89, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 89-502 dated May 2, 1989, as amended by N.S. Reg. 135/2009, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2009-164 dated March 31, 2009, by changing the registration fees for Class 5 vehicles, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
