OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 10, 2011, and pursuant to clause 7(1)(

a) of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1990, the Emergency Management Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into an agreement with the Government of Canada, substantially in the form as outlined in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such necessary modifications as the Minister of Justice determines are necessary.
