Statute: Denturists Act Civil Service Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 4, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2000, the Denturists Act, and

Section 44A of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons as members of the Denturist Licensing Board for terms consistent with their respective terms as President and Vice President of the Denturist Society of Nova Scotia: Bill Lloy, President, Denturist Society of Nova Scotia, Glace Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Greg MacDonald, Vice President, Denturist Society of Nova Scotia, Sydney Mines, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; (

b) appoint William MacDonald of North Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Denturist Licensing Board for a two year term commencing December 1, 2005 and ending November 30, 2007; and (

c) reappoint the following persons as members of the Denturist Licensing Board, each for a two year term commencing December 1, 2005 and ending November 30, 2007: Robin Paris Adams of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Diane Carrigan-Weir of Antigonish, Antigonish County; Frank Marshall of RR#1 Bear River, Digby County; and Robert MacKean of Stellarton, Pictou County.
