Order in Council 131/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 16(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act , Her Worship Marsha Melaine Farnand, a justice of the peace, be appointed as regional senior justice of the peace for the Central West Region for a term of three years, effective the latter of January 29, 2018, or the date of this Order in Council.
