OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 31, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 4B of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective August 31, 2021, to amend clause (

b) of Order in Council 2021-55 dated February 23, 2021, to assign responsibility for the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism Initiatives to the Honourable Pat Dunn, a Member of the Executive Council.
