OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated June 2, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 16 of the Acts of 1990, the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, hereby revokes the appointment of Millie Colbourne of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Management Corporation of the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre, made by Order in Council 2020-298 dated October 29, 2020, effective July 5, 2022.
