OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated November 8, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Vera Nadine Boinn of Blockhouse, Lunenburg County, and Nevin McFarlane of Halifax Regional Municipality (Eastern Passage) as members of the Advisory Council on Heritage Property each for a term of three years commencing December 5, 2016; (

b) designate Peter Newbould of Grand Pre, Kings County, as Chair for the remainder of his current term, which expires March 30, 2017; and (

c) determine that remuneration for each of the members shall be $75.00 per meeting plus reasonable expenses.
