Order in Council 386/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Ontario Trillium Foundation operates and maintains a granting program in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria prescribed in

Schedule A of Order in Council O.C. 2391/2002 dated December 18, 2002;

And

Whereas the Eligibility Criteria require the Lieutenant Governor in Council’s approval;

Now Therefore Order in Council O.C. 2391/2002 is hereby amended as follows:

Paragraph 4 of

Article I (Principles) of

Schedule A is deleted and replaced with the following:

Oversee volunteer grant review teams, whose members are appointed by the Minister of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries, to enable local involvement in decision-making. Grant review teams shall work in an open, transparent and efficient manner under the Foundation’s leadership.
