OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated November 21, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 2(a), (b), (d), (

e) and (f), 6, 15, 16(1)(b), (g), 20 and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 2(2), 5(1), 8(2) and 9(1), is pleased to: (

a) consent to a decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated approving an amendment to Order in Council 1998-287, which authorized financial assistance not to exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) to ACA Co-operative Limited, the amendment to be on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated November 21, 2008; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
