OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for Sydney Steel Corporation dated December 11, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 34 of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, is pleased to recommend that Sydney Steel Corporation, through its agents Ernst & Young, be authorized to enter into a lease agreement transferring the Sydney Steel Corporation Piers, associated docking, storage and connecting rail facilities to Provincial Energy Ventures Ltd., on terms and conditions substantially as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, so that they may be used to develop an open access, multi- commodity facility.
