On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 12 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

James Clark of Dutton

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Chair of the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission for a fixed term of six months effective June 14, 2019 to December 13, 2019.
