OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated September 5, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 21 of the Acts of 1998, the Occupational Therapists Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint Victoria Apold of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia for a two year term commencing on October 1, 2007 and expiring on September 30, 2009.
