OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated November 29, 2021, and pursuant to subsection 25(3) of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-1995, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased, effective January 18, 2022, to approve the disposition of the interest of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation in certain real property, comprising approximately 2,390 square feet and identified as Parcel CI-5, being a portion of PID No. 40795965, on the terms and conditions set out in an Agreement of Purchase and Sale between MEG Holdings Inc. and Halifax Regional Municipality.
