EXPLANATORY NOTES

This Bill would amend the Judicature Act to facilitate a review of

the role and responsibility of the Registrar of the Supreme Court.

The review is consequent to the transfer

of the Estates and Administration Division to the Office of the Public Trustee,

and may result in changes to the organizational structure at the Supreme Court.
