B.C. Reg. 115/2003, deposited March 28, 2003, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE ACT [Sections 35 and 37] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Sections 26 and 27]. Order in Council 305/2003, approved and ordered March 28, 2003.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2003,

(

a) the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended according to the attached

Schedule 1, and

(

b) the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended according to the attached

Schedule 2. — M. COELL, Minister of Human Resources; G. CAMPBELL, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.

Schedule 1

1 The Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended in

section 11 (1) by adding the following paragraphs:

(

z) payments granted by the government of British Columbia as Interim Early Intensive Intervention Funding;

(aa) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under

section 8 of the Child, Family and Community Service Act [agreement with child's kin and others] ;

(bb) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Ministry of Children and Family Development's At Home Program.

Schedule B is amended in

section 1 (

a) by adding the following subparagraphs:

(xx) payments granted by the government of British Columbia as Interim Early Intensive Intervention Funding;

(xxi) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under

section 8 of the Child, Family and Community Service Act [agreement with child's kin and others] ;

(xxii) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Ministry of Children and Family Development's At Home Program.

Schedule D is amended in

section 6 by adding the following paragraphs:

(

s) payments granted by the government of British Columbia as Interim Early Intensive Intervention Funding;

(

t) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under

section 8 of the Child, Family and Community Service Act [agreement with child's kin and others] ;

(

u) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Ministry of Children and Family Development's At Home Program.
