OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated September 25, 2003, and pursuant to subsection 84(1) of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2000, the Health Authorities Act, is pleased to revoke the corporate by-laws adopted by the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre and the Nova Scotia Hospital and replace them with the corporate by-laws of the Capital District Health Authority made pursuant to
Section 22 of the Act, effective on and after November 1, 2003.
