OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 7, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 20 of
Chapter 131 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Dispensing Opticians Act, is pleased to approve of amendments made by the Board of Dispensing Opticians to the regulations respecting dispensing opticians, N.S. Reg 17/70, approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 70-940 dated October 6, 1970, to increase registration fees in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 27, 2007.
