OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 24, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 14 of the Acts of 1998, the Health Research Foundation Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint Maureen Summers of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Health Research Foundation for a three year term commencing on May 1, 2008 and expiring on April 30, 2011.
